Bonsai Buddy being cocktail sake is made with the ingredients of small shots of Go-Shu Sake 25ml, and Suntory Whisky each while the other ingredients comprise of 1 egg white, 1 tsp Castor Sugar, fresh lemon, ice and soda water. You can shake and strain sake with Whisky, Egg White and Sugar in to a 285ml Hi ball glass and add the toppings with soda water.
